  • For preparing Kozhi Chatti Pathiri, first mix maida, salt and enough water to make a soft dough. Divide into 5 equal parts and roll each piece into a ball. With the help of a rolling pin make very thin tortillas and cook these in pan for few minutes.
  • Marinate the chicken pieces with pepper powder, salt and deep fry it in oil.
  • Mince the fried chicken into small pieces
  • Heat oil in a vessel and saute onion until it becomes soft and light brown in colour
  • Add green chilly, pepper powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, ginger garlic paste, coriander leaves, curry leaves, salt and saute for 5 minutes. Add the minced chicken pieces and combine well.
  • Take a non stick vessel and spread ghee on it
  • In a bowl add two eggs and stir well. Dip the tortillas in egg and place this in the nonstick pan. Add chicken mixture in the above and spread nicely.
  • On top of it place one more tortilla dipped in egg. Again add meat mixture and spread it. Repeat it until the tortillas finish. Pour remaining egg on the top of it. Cook it for 15 minutes, flip and cook on the other side until it turn golden brown in color.
  • Serve it as a evining snack
