Marinated chicken pieces are coated with bread crumb mixture and deep fried

Boneless chicken breast
cut into 1/2 inch strips

Coriander powder
1
tsp
Garam masala
1
tsp
Chicken masala powder

nos
Green chillies
slit
1/2
cup
All purpose flour
Maida
1
tsp
Paprika
1
no
Egg
beaten
1/2
cup
Bread crumbs
3/4
tsp
Garlic
powder
1/2
tsp
Baking powder
1 1/2
tbsp
Oil
Salt
As reqd
Instructions
First mix together
egg
,
garlic
powder,
coriander powder
, chilly powder, chicken masala,
green chillies
in a bowl.
Marinate the chicken pieces in this mixture and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Now, sift together
all purpose flour
, paprika,
baking powder
,
salt
and mix with
bread crumbs
.
Drain the chicken pieces and discard
green chillies
. Roll chicken pieces in the bread crumb mixture.
Fry the chicken pieces in hot
oil
till the chicken pieces are cooked and golden brown.
Serve chicken/murgh fingers with
bread crumbs
hot with salad or
tomato
sauce.
