Maida

tsp
Salt
Water
As reqd
For the chicken filling:
1
cup
Chicken
cooked & shredded
1/4
cup
Coconut
grated
1
tsp
Garlic
crushed
1
tsp
Ginger
crushed
1/2
cup
Onion
chopped
2
nos
Green chillies
chopped
1/2
tsp
Red chilly powder
1/4
tsp
Turmeric powder
1/2
tsp
Garam masala
1/2
tsp
Chicken curry masala
Curry leaves
Few
Salt
As reqd
Instructions
Make a semi hard dough with
all purpose flour
,
salt
and
water
. Keep this aside.
Shred the cooked chicken with fork or food processor and keep this aside.
Heat
oil
in a pan, saute
onion
,
ginger
,
garlic
and
green chillies
. To this add shredded chicken, grated
coconut
and saute again.
Now add
garam masala
and
curry leaves
. Add required
salt
and mix well. Keep this aside.
Make small balls out of the dough. Roll them out like rotis and stuff the chicken filling.
Make into a half moon shape. Seal the edges with a touch of
water
and twist the edges around the kozhiyada. Deep fry till golden brown.
