Knead the mixture to make a soft and elastic dough.
Keep it aside for 2 hours.
Make balls off the dough of equal size.
Roll them into slightly thick rotis.
Grill it in tandoor.
Polish them with butter.
:- Serve hot.
:- Makes 15 kulchas
:- If you want to make Stuffed Paneer Kulcha, then mash 200 gm of Paneer and add black pepper, salt, garam masala and chopped coriander. Stuff it into the dough and roll them into slightly thick rotis. Grill it in tandoor and polish with butter.
