  • Sieve the maida.
  • Warm the milk slightly.
  • Soak rava in that for half an hour.
  • Make a well in the center of the maida.
  • Put the rava mixture, oil, salt, and sugar in that.
  • Spread yeast over it followed by lukewarm water.
  • Knead the mixture to make a soft and elastic dough.
  • Keep it aside for 2 hours.
  • Make balls off the dough of equal size.
  • Roll them into slightly thick rotis.
  • Grill it in tandoor.
  • Polish them with butter.
  • :- Serve hot. :- Makes 15 kulchas
  • :- If you want to make Stuffed Paneer Kulcha, then mash 200 gm of Paneer and add black pepper, salt, garam masala and chopped coriander. Stuff it into the dough and roll them into slightly thick rotis. Grill it in tandoor and polish with butter.

    Hi!
    I don have an oven to grill it.Also, i dont get yeast.Can u please suggest some alternatives for both these…it seems very simple..i really want to try it…Thanks!
