No fail, recipe with all the flavor of traditional Kulfi

Ingredients
  

  • 2 nos Bread slices crust removed
  • 12 - Pistachios Pista
  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder Elakka
  • 1 can Condensed milk
  • 2 strands Saffron
  • 1 pint Whipping cream

Instructions
 

  • Blend bread along with the rest of the ingredients in a blender or mixie, until smooth.
  • Pour into any freezable container and freeze, until set (approximately 3 hours).
  • :- You can substitute pistachios for cashew, almonds or even use mango pulp for mango kulfi. This kulfi has been a huge success at potluck dinners!!!!

    hi
    i tried this. the taste was good but didnt get set. too much sweet also. then i added half liter of milk along with 3tbsp of corn flour to the mixture and then it got set and the sweetness was ok. so i think this repie is incomplete.

    Add 1 can of evaporated milk to your recipe. It will set better and will not be too sweet. It will be absolutely perfect.
