Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  2. Add tomato and fry, till it becomes a paste.
  3. Heat oil in a small pan.
  4. Add asafoetida followed by mustard seeds and allow it to splutter.
  5. Add the seasoning into the above chutney.

after frying the ingredients, should grind it in a mixer like other chutneys, then season with mustard
