Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Basmathi rice
  • 2 small Mint leaves Pudhina
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • 3 - Bay leaves Vazhana/Karuga ela
  • 3 nos Cardamom Elakka
  • 3 sticks Cinnamon Karugapatta
  • Salt As reqd
  • 3 cups Water

Instructions
 

  • Heat ghee in a pan.
  • Add cardamom, cinnamon and bay leaves.
  • Add the mint leaves and saute it lightly.
  • :- Do not deep fry it.
  • Add rice and fry it for 2 - 3 mins.
  • Put them in the rice cooker along with water and salt.
  • Cook, till the rice is done.
  • :- Serve with any spicy dish.

    A GREAT RECIPE ! The rice was light and tasty super easy to make! Its wonderful to get recipes with good measurements and instructions that really work!!! this is my favourite site,I sh there are some ways to search for recipes by certain individuals esp the person who came up with this recipe!!!THANKS A BUNCH!
