For preparing ladies finger/bhindi/vendakkai/kari bevu anardana fry, first make a deep slit on one side of the ladies finger to make a pocket.
Mix together the ingredients: pomegranate seed powder, red chilly powder, coriander, turmeric, garam masala and required salt with 2 tbsp of oil to make a fine thick paste.
Stuff the interior of each ladies finger with the masala paste.
Heat some oil in a pan and stir fry the sliced onion until golden brown in color.
Slide in the stuffed ladies finger and stir fry for 5 minutes turning occasionally to fry evenly.
Ladies finger/bhindi/vendakkai/kari bevu anardana fry is ready. Sprinkle lemon juice and serve hot.
