  • tamarind juice 1/2 cup -

  • Red Chilly Powder : 2 Spoons -
  • dhania powder 2 spoons -
  • Salt to taste -

  • fenugreek 1/4 sp -

Instructions
  1. heat kadai pour oil, and add fenu greek and jeera
  2. to it add mustard seeds,channa dal, urad dal
  3. when it splutters add curry leaves and red chillies
  4. to it add onions and garlic
  5. now add chopped ladies finger and saute untill it turns soft and the sticky substance goes off
  6. add tomatoes
  7. add tamarind juice
  8. add chilli powder and dhania powder
  9. add coconut paste
  10. after the gravy boils for few mins our ladies finger puli kulambu is ready

grind coconut along with a pinch of jeera and 3-4 curry leaves for good aroma
