Ladies Finger Thoran Ladies Finger(Vendakka) Thoran 15 nos Ladies finger (Vendakka)1 no Onion (finely chopped, large)2 nos Green chilly (slit)2 tbsp Oil½ tsp Mustard seedsPepper powder (A pinch)Salt (As reqd) Cut ladies finger into two pieces and then slit in the middle.Heat oil in a pan.Add mustard seeds.When they begin to crackle, add onion, green chillies and ladies finger with salt.Mix well and keep it covered.Do not add water at all. Stir after every 3 minutes.When the ladies finger shrinks, and the onions turn brown, add pepper powder.:- Serve hot with steaming rice. Kerala
