  • For preparing ladies finger/vendakka fry, first chop vegetable into small round shapes.
  • Heat oil, splutter mustard seeds and curry leaves. Add onion and green chillies. Fry for few seconds.
  • Add ladies finger, turmeric and salt.
  • Fry well. Do not add water into it.
  • Cover with lid and cook.
  • Stir in between.
  • Ladies finger/vendakka fry is ready.
