Instructions Clean the lady`s finger well. Remove both their ends. Slit open horizontally, leaving its upper portion unslit. Mix together turmeric powder, coriander powder, chilly powder and salt. Rub the above mixture into the opened portions of the lady`s finger. Heat coconut oil in a pan. Fry the above lady`s fingers in it and keep them aside. Heat up the remaining oil in the pan. Add onions and saute them. Add tomatoes and saute well. Add the balance mixture of turmeric, coriander and chilly powders, if any left. Add garam masala powder and saute, until the raw smell of masala leaves. Add curry leaves. Add the fried lady`s fingers. Add coconut milk and allow it to boil for 5 mins.
