Instructions
  1. For preparing lamb chops gravy, marinate lamb pieces with a mixture of ginger-garlic paste, chilly powder, coriander, turmeric, lime juice and salt.
  2. Heat little oil in a pan, add lamb chops in it and fry it.
  3. Take out and keep it in a plate.
  4. Heat oil again, add onion and fry. Add lamb again and fry. Add water and cook lamb. Add capsicum, tomato and green chillies. Cover and cook it.
  5. Gravy should be semi thick and well blended.
  6. Lamb chops gravy is ready.
