Instructions
  1. in a bowl add lamb liver, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, lime juice, salt
  2. mix well and marinate for 1/2 hour
  3. in a pan heat the oil and fry the lamb liver
  4. allow to fry as half cooked or half boiled
  5. remove the liver from oil and in the same oil temper the fennel seed, cinnamon and clove
  6. now add chopped onion and saute it
  7. now add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, mutton masala, black pepper, curry masala and mix well
  8. now add little water and allow boil
  9. once it get boiled add liver and allow to get the liver boiled
  10. allow the water to get complete dry and liver get mix well with the masala
  11. now lamb liver fry is ready
