Instructions
  1. Chop the onion, tomato and green chili
  2. in a pan heat the oil and add onion green chili and curry leaves and saute ti for 5 minutes
  3. add tomato, salt and turmeric powder and mix well and allow to cook for 2 minutes
  4. wash and clean the liver and chop into small pieces
  5. add ginger garlic paste and mix well and allow to cook until the raw smell goes out
  6. add red chili powder, coriander masala and pepper and mix well
  7. add lamb liver and mix well and allow to cook for 5 minutes
  8. now add required water for lamb to get cook well
  9. once the lamb liver get cooked and the water get dry add grated coconut, mix well and turn off the flame
  10. lamb liver masala is ready to serve. garnish with coriander leaves
