  • Mixture of dried herbs - 1 tsp
  • White pepper powder - 1 -
  • Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. Take a bowl and add curd, salt, herbs and pepper powder and mix well.
  2. Make deep incisions on the chicken breast and put it into the curd mixture.
  3. Marinate it well for 2 hours.
  4. Pour olive oil in a pan and heat it.
  5. Once hot, shallow fry the chicken both the sides on low flame.
  6. :- This can also be Grilled.
  7. :- Serve hot with any kind of spicy dip.
