  • For preparing lebanese - liver fry, clean the liver and marinate it with 4 tsp pepper powder and turmeric powder. Keep it aside for 20 minutes.
  • Fry the liver in oil.
  • Sprinkle salt and tomatoes on top of it. Allow it to cook on low flame with a closed lid for sometime.
  • Lebanese-liver fry is ready. Sprinkle the remaining pepper powder and serve hot.
