Leek Ulathiyathu
Ingredients
- 2 bunches Leek
- 1 no Onion chopped
- 4 nos Green chillies cut into small pieces
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 cup Coconut grated
- Curry leaves Few
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- 2 nos Dry red chillies
- Salt As reqd
- 2 tsp Oil
Instructions
- Mix leek, onion, green chillies, turmeric powder, grated cocunut, curry leaves and salt togther with hand.
- Add the vegetable mix to the pan and cook in a low flame.
- Serve hot.
