Ingredients
  

  • 1 no Chicken breast
  • 1 tsp Chilli sauce
  • 2 tbsp Corn flour
  • Ajinomoto A pinch
  • 2 tsp Lemon
  • Ginger finely chopped
  • Lemon flavor A pinch
  • 1 no Egg
  • Coriander leaves A bunch
  • Oil As reqd
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing Lemon Chicken, mix chicken breast, salt, lemon juice, egg, chilli sauce and 1 tbsp of corn flour in a bowl and soak for about 20 minutes.
  • Fry the chicken breast in oil.
  • Slice the fried chicken into pieces vertically and arrange them on a plate.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Fry chopped ginger-garlic for few minutes.
  • Add 1 cup of water, salt, ajinomoto, lemon colour and boil the water.
  • In a separate bowl, add 1 tbsp of corn flour to little water and add this mixture to the above boiling water.
  • To the thick sauce, add few drops of lemon juice and pour this sauce on the chicken pieces arranged on a plate.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Tasty Lemon Chicken is ready.
