Instructions
  1. For preparing lemon grass steamed pomfret, make slits on cleaned fish.
  2. Marinate with oyster sauce, salt and pepper.
  3. In a pan, heat butter or mustard oil.
  4. Add ginger, shallots, lemon grass, green chillies, capsicum and fry well.
  5. Add fish sauce, pepper, salt and ajino moto.
  6. Remove from flame.
  7. In a foil, spread the fried masala and keep the fish on top.
  8. Cover it well and cook in steamer for 25 minutes.
  9. Lemon grass steamed pomfret is ready. Serve hot.
