Lemon Pickle

White lemon pickle prepared by leaving lemon pieces in salted solution

Ingredients
  

  • 10 nos Lemon ripe
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Wash the lemons with water and steam them for around 5-7 minutes. 2)Remove and dry it using cloth first and then wrap it in tissue paper for some time to ensure there is no water content. 3)Cut the lemons in 4 pieces and put it in a bottle.
  • Add required table salt, close the bottle and mix it well by shaking the bottle vigorously.
  • Leave it for a week or ten days. Salted lemon pickle is ready.
  • Note: Mixing a crushed green chilly to the lemon piece while using, adds up the taste.
