Lemon
Instructions
For preparing lemon rice v brahmin special, cook
raw rice
in cooker and allow it cool by spreading it in a flat plate.
Heat
oil
, splutter
mustard seeds
, urad dal and chana dal. Add
red chillies
,
green chillies
and
curry leaves
.
Add
gingelly oil
to the fried item and then
turmeric powder
.
Add rice into this mixture and sautT well.
Add
salt
and asafoetida.
Add lemon juice and mix well to make a homogenous mixture.
Lemon rice v brahmin special, a tasty rice recipe is ready. Serve with pickle and pappad.
