Lemon sambhar is the simplest sambhar ever tried. It is made so quickly and taste so awesome. no tamarind is added to this sambhar neither any vegetables. This simple sambhar is made just by sauting the shallots and tomatoes and bringing it to boil and cooked toor dal is added to it and finally the lemon juice.
