Instructions
  1. Make a fine paste of tomatoes and coriander leaves
  2. Take a pan and saute Garlic and ginger paste in oil.
  3. Add liver pieces and cook till water drains.
  4. Add grinded paste and salt. Cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Mix in all dry masala powders and Cook for another 5 to 10 mins
  6. Serve with rice or roti.
