  • Chicken : 250 gm -
  • Carrot : 1 medium chopped in lengthwise -
  • French beans : 5 nos (chopped in lengthwise) -
  • Potato : 1 medium chopped in lengthwise -
  • Crushed pepper : 3 tsp -
  • Tomato : 1 medium ( chopped) -
  • Green chilli : 3 nos ( chopped ) -
  • Garlic chopped : 2 tsp -
  • Ginger chopped : 1 tsp -
  • Small onion chopped : ½ cup -
  • Coriander leaf : for garnish -
  • Oil : 1 ½ tsp -
  • Enough water : to cook the chicken -
  • Salt to taste -

Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan add chopped ginger, garlic and green chilli. Stir for few seconds.
  2. Add chopped onion and stir till it turns translucent.
  3. Now add the chicken, crushed pepper and salt. Stir well.

  5. Add enough water to cook the chicken. Stir and cover with a lid and cook in a medium flame.

  7. Add chopped potato, carrot, beans, and cook for one minute.

  9. Add capsicum and tomato stir for one minute.

  11. Remove into a bowl, garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
