Mix half cup of lychee with half cup of water and add 2 drops of pink food color to it in a bowl.
2)Mix 1/2 tbsp of gelatin powder first in little cold water and then hot water. Refrigerate the gelatin mixture.
Put the bowl of lychee crush in the freezer.
4)After 10 minutes remove the lychee mixture from the fridge and add fresh cream or whipped cream and the refrigerated gelatin mix to it and stir well.
In another bowl, beat the albumin or egg white of 2 eggs till they become frothy and add this eventually to the mixture of lychee crush slowly and stir.
Pour this mixture into a setting bowl and keep it in the fridge.
After about 6 hours, this can be taken out from the fridge and cut into desirable shapes and served well.
