Ingredients

Macaroni
preferably elbow shaped
1/2

Green chilly
slit length wise
Ginger
garlic
paste - 2 tsp
Coriander leaves
A handful
1
large
Onion
1/2
tsp
Mustard seeds

Curry leaves
1/2
tsp
Chilly powder
Salt
As reqd
Oil
As reqd
Instructions
Boil the macaronis with a little
turmeric
and
salt
.
Cook and drain it well. Set it aside for half an hour.
Heat
oil
in a kadai or wide pan.
Splutter
mustard seeds
.
Add the onions and
ginger
-
garlic
paste.
Once the paste and onions are nicely mixed and turns yellow, add the chilles and
curry leaves
and fry well.
Add the the chilly powder and mix well.
Add the macaroni and mix it along with the rest of the mix.
Let it cook for 5 mins well.
Add
salt
and coriander leaves.
:- Serve hot with ketchup or a dollop of curd.
