Instructions
  1. Mix together coconut, jaggery and cardamom. keep it aside.
  2. Make a dosa consistency batter by mixing together wheat flour, egg, salt, sugar and required water.
  3. On a hot tava(pan), apply ghee. Pour the batter and make a dosa. Put some ghee on the sides and roast it.
  4. When both the sides are done, add the sweet mixture and fold to one side. Roast again for a few seconds and take out of the flame. Serve hot.
