1 cup Wheat/Maida (All purpose flour)1 cup Coconut (grated)1 cup Jaggery/Sugar (grated)1/4 tsp Cardamom powder (Elakka)1 no EggSalt (As reqd)2 tsp SugarOil/ghee (As reqd) Mix together coconut, jaggery and cardamom. keep it aside.Make a dosa consistency batter by mixing together wheat flour, egg, salt, sugar and required water.On a hot tava(pan), apply ghee. Pour the batter and make a dosa. Put some ghee on the sides and roast it. When both the sides are done, add the sweet mixture and fold to one side. Roast again for a few seconds and take out of the flame. Serve hot. Kerala
