Madhura Chutney Sweet chutney without coconut 10 nos Small onions (1 big onion can be substituted, Kunjulli)2 tsp Bengal gram (deskinned, Kadalaparippu)2 - Red chillies1 no TomatoSalt (As reqd)1 tbsp Oil Heat a kadai and pour oil.Fry the bengal gram till brown. Remove it from oil.Fry chillies and remove when brown.Fry the onions till smooth. Remove it from oil.Finally, fry tomato till its tender.Grind all items together. Check for salt and chilly, which can be added accdg to ur taste. Tamil
