Instructions
  1. In a fry pan add Dry chili 5, Pepper 1 tsp Cumin 1 tsp, Cinnamon cloves cardamom 3 each roasted and make paste with little water
  2. In a pan add oil and temper mustard seed and saute shallots
  3. Now add ginger garlic paste and saute well
  4. Now add tomatoes and saute well add salt for quick saute
  5. Now add minced mutton and add turmeric and salt for mutton mix well cook for 5 mins
  6. Now add the ground paste and mix well
  7. Now add 2 cup water and cook for 10 minutes
  8. Now add chopped and sliced coconut mix well and turn off
  9. Now heat dosa tawa and pour dosa batter little
  10. Beat the egg and pour little in the center of the batter
  11. Now add kheema curry little 2 scoop and spread full size of dosa batter
  12. Cook 3 mins and turn other side and cook 2 minutes
  13. Now turn the front side and sprinkle pepper.
