Ingredients

Pork : 500 gm
Onion
chopped : 1 large
Garlic
cloves
: 12 nos

Curry leaves
– 10
Chilli powder
: 1 ½ tsp
Turmeric Powder
: 1 tsp
coriander powder
: 2 tsp
Cumin & pepper : 1 ½ tsp fry and powdered
Vinegar : 1 ½ tsp
Salt
to taste
Oil
: 1 tsp
Whole masalas : 1
1 - 2 small stick cinnamon, 4
cloves
and 3
cardamom
Coconut
pieces : few
Instructions
Clean and wash the pork pieces.
Heat a pan put only the fat pieces to remove all the extra fat.
Heat
oil
in a pan add whole masalas [cinnamon,
cardamom
,
cloves
] fry till fragrant.
Add chopped
onion
,
garlic
,
coconut
pieces and
curry leaves
. Stir still the
onion
turns translucent.
Add
chilli powder
,
turmeric powder
,
coriander powder
,
salt
and mix well.
Add the pork pieces.
Stir well and cover it, cook for 2 - 3 minutes, for all masalas coat with the pieces.
Now put this pork into the cooker.
Pour enough
water
to cook.
Stir and close the cooker. Allow to cook for 3 minutes in full flame.
Then cook in low flame for 10 minutes.
Open the lid and add cumin
pepper powder
and vinegar. Stir and cook for few seconds.
Remove into a bowl and serve hot.
