Maida Burfi

Maida burfi is a simple sweet that can be made easily with all purpose flour and few more ingredients. This sweet is very tasty and it just melts in mouth. Fry the flour in vanaspathi and keep aside. meanwhile make a sugar syrup that comes to one string consistency and remove from fire. just add the fried flour and keep stir until it becomes thick. Cut it to cubes and serve.

Instructions
  1. in pan heat vanaspathi
  2. put all purpose flour in it and fry without turning its color
  3. separately heat and dissolve sugar in water
  4. add food color and rose essence to it hea untill it comes to one string consistency.
  5. when it comes to one string consistency add the maida mixture to it.
  6. remove from flame and keep stiring untill it thickens.
  7. in a grease plate pour the burfi and press it. allow it to rest and put pieces.
