Instructions
  1. Soak Rice and Maize in water for 4 hours
  2. add soaked urad dal and grind it as idly batter and allow to get ferment
  3. now add salt, mix well and prepare idly in idly steamer
  4. now maize idly got ready, serve with coconut chutney
