Instructions
  1. Whisk yogurt with a glass of water.
  2. Add salt in it.
  3. Heat oil in a saucepan.
  4. Add the chopped shallots with chilly and curry leaves.
  5. Add pinch of turmeric and asafoetida and stir.
  6. Take it off the stove and put this into the yoghurt.
  7. :- Serve with steamed rice.
  8. Bon appetite!!!
