Instructions
  1. For preparing makki spinach roti, mix corn meal with other ingredients: palak,salt, onion, cumin powder and ginger adding lightly hot water.
  2. Make a dough like chapathy. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
  3. Make small balls out of the dough and spread into small rotis smearing oil using a roller pin.
  4. Cook the rotis both sides in a hot tawa sprinkiling some ghee till crispy.
  5. Makki spinach roti, a helathy and nutritious evening time snacks for kids as well as elders is ready. Serve hot with some pickle.
