  • Cook chicken with 1 tsp pepper powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and salt as required. Shred the chicken when it is completely cooled.
  • Take all the ingredients for filling.
  • Heat oil and saute onion until golden brown in colour.
  • Add ginger garlic paste, green chilly, salt and saute again for few minutes.
  • Add all the masalas and shredded chicken. Combine well and cook for 4-5 minutes and remove from the flame.
  • In a bowl mix maida, egg, salt and water as required. Make it into a free flowing batter.
  • Heat a dosa tawa and pour some batter and spread into a thin pancake. Once it is cooked, remove to a plate. Place each pancake on a work surface and put the filling inside.
  • Dip each roll in beaten egg and roll in breadcrumbs.
  • Deep fry it in hot oil.
  • Serve with tomato ketchup!
