  • Take all the ingredients and keep it ready.
  • Let's put the ingredients into a pan for dry roasting. Stir well continuously for 5 minutes on medium flame. If not stirred continuously, chances of burning are more. This process will increase the shelf life of garam masala powder.
  • Shift this to an another plate and let it cool. Now shift it to the mixer jar and grind well.
  • Now it's ready. Store it in a airtight container.
