Instructions
  1. Heat a pan,add grated coconut,sugar,cardamom powder and saute for 5 minutes.remove from flame and keep it aside.
  2. Mix rice flour with salt and water as required to make a smooth doughTake a small portion of the dough and make a thin circle Place 1-2 tbsp coconut mixture and Fold it into half moon shape and seal the edges by pressing with your hand.
  3. Deep fry the adas for 4-5 minutes in low flame.
  4. Malabar special poricha ada is ready.
