  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Chilly powder - 1 tsp

Instructions
  1. Cook the beef with chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt and water as required.
  2. Heat oil in a vessel and sauté shallots in it for 3 minutes.
  3. Add garlic, ginger, green chilly and curry leaves and saute for 5 minutes.
  4. Add masalas and cooked beef. Sauté for 10 minutes on low flame.
