Instructions
  1. powder the jagerry,cut the cashews into two pieces
  2. in a mixi jar add roasted gram and jaggery and make a powder
  3. melt the 2 tsp of ghee in a pan
  4. fry the cashews until the cashew get golden brown
  5. in a bowl add roasted gram jaggery mixture and fried cashews and ghee and mix well
  6. add salt and mix well. add more ghee if required and mix well
  7. from the mixture take some and make as a ladoo
  8. maladu / roasted gram ladoo is ready
