For preparing malai chicken/murgh kabab, add ginger-garlic paste, salt and a little water to the washed and drained chicken pieces and boil. Allow chicken to cook on a low flame with a covered lid.
Take the chicken pieces out and allow it to cool. Shred the chicken pieces and grind.
Mix the grated chicken with equal amount of soaked and squeezed bread.
Heat a little oil in a pan and saute the chicken bread mixture till it dries completely.
