Instructions
  1. For preparing malai chicken/murgh kabab, add ginger-garlic paste, salt and a little water to the washed and drained chicken pieces and boil. Allow chicken to cook on a low flame with a covered lid.
  2. Take the chicken pieces out and allow it to cool. Shred the chicken pieces and grind.
  3. Mix the grated chicken with equal amount of soaked and squeezed bread.
  4. Heat a little oil in a pan and saute the chicken bread mixture till it dries completely.
  5. Cool the mixture and add all the other ingredients: fresh cream, green chillies, garam masala, coriander leaves, mint leaves, and required salt.Except egg
  6. Make balls out of the chicken mix. Dip in beaten egg and roll in the bread crumbs.
  7. Fry in hot oil till golden brown in color.
  8. Malai chicken kabab, a tasty and quick snack is ready. Serve hot with some sauce.
