Instructions
  1. For preparing Malai Chicken Tikka, first blend together all the ingredients for marinade at high speed in a blender.
  2. Make deep cuts in the chicken with fork.
  3. Apply the marinade mixture on the chicken pieces and marinate for 1 hour.
  4. Grill chicken pieces on medium high for 5-8 minutes on each side.
  5. Bast with butter in between.
  6. :- You can also bake chicken pieces in an oven for 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
