Instructions
  1. Boil and mash the potatoes.
  2. Make them into small round balls.
  3. Add a pinch of salt and chilly powder to the milk cream.
  4. Make small hole in each potato ball and fill with this cream and cover the ball completely.
  5. Make a semi-liquid paste out of maida flour and salt.
  6. To make the gravy:- 1)Grind onions, garlic & tomatoes.
  7. Heat oil in a pan.
  8. Pour this mixture into it and keep stirring it till the oil starts to clear.
  9. Next, add salt and chilly powder to it.
  10. Then make a small paste with cashewnuts and water.
  11. Mix with the above gravy.
  12. Dip each potato ball in the maida paste and fry to golden brown.
  13. :-Serve this hot Kofta with the gravy on it. :-This is an excellent side dish for chappathis.
