Malpuda Malpuda 1 cup Allpurpose flour (Maida)1/2 cup Condensed milk1/2 cup Raisins (Onakka munthiri)200 ml Sugar syrupGhee for frying Mix flour and milk to a smooth batter. Add raisins and mix well. If it is too thick, you can add a little water to adjust the consistency.Heat a non stick pan on a medium heat. Spread a tsp of ghee on it.Drop one-third cupful batter onto the pan. Do not spread. Cook for a minute or till the edges can be lifted. Turn the pancake. Cook for another 30 to 45 seconds.Dip it in the sugar syrup for 3 minutes.:- Serve hot. North Indian
