Instructions
  1. For preparing Mambazha Pachadi, first cut the mangoes on the larger sides so as to get two big pieces.
  2. Put the cut pieces along with the rest of the mangoes(together with the mango seed) in a vessel.
  3. Cook the mangoes by adding some water, chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt.
  4. Add some jaggery.
  5. Grind the grated coconut and the cumin seeds together and add it along with the mangoes.
  6. :- Make sure that the curry doesn't become too watery.
  7. Remove from fire when the desired consistency is reached.
  8. Heat oil in a small pan.
  9. Splutter mustard seeds followed by dry red chillies and curry leaves.
  10. Pour the above seasoning into the mango curry.
  11. :- Serve Mambazha Pachadi with rice.
