Ingredients
  

Instructions
 

  • Soak required quantity of tamarind for tamarind liquid.
  • Pour oil into frying pan.
  • When oil is heated up, put manathakali vathal and fry.
  • Add tamarind water in the pan.
  • Add vathakozhambu powder, turmeric and asafoetida.
  • When the whole thing begins to boil, add salt.
  • Keep it till it boils and thickens.
  • :- You can also try this with Sundaka, Brinjals and onions.

    Sambar powder or Vathakozhambu powder nothing was mentioned wat are the ingredients.poor receipe….
