Ingredients
  

  • manathakkali 100 gm
  • curd 2 tsp
  • salt 2 tsp

Instructions
 

  • clean and wash the manathakkali
  • add salt and mix it
  • now add curd and mix well
  • allow to marinate for 1 day
  • next day mix the manathakkai again and transfer to the plate and keep it in sunlight to get dry. (1 or 2 days )
  • remove from sunlight. now manathakkali vathal is ready.
