Instructions
  1. For preparing chinese prawns, dust the prawns with cornflour and keep aside.
  2. Melt butter in a pan and saute ginger garlic paste and spring onion.
  3. Add the prawns and fry in low flame for 2 minutes.
  4. Now add rice wine and cook for a minute.
  5. Add soya sauce and tomato sauce and boil in high flame for 30 seconds.
  6. Turn off the fire and sprinkle the white pepper powder.
  7. Garnish with chopped onion, celery or finely chopped capsicum.
