100 g Manga inji4 nos Green chillies1/2 cup Coconut (grated)1/4 cup Curd2 tsp Mustard seeds2 nos Red chillies1 tsp Coconut oilSalt (As reqd) For preparing manga inji pachadi, cut manga-inchi and green chillies into small pieces.Grind the grated coconut and the mustard seeds(only 1 teaspoon). Add curd and salt. Mix well.Fry the remaining mustard seeds (one teaspoon) and red chillies in coconut oil.Add chopped manga inji and green chillies and fry again.Add the ground coconut and mix it well.Manga inchi pachadi is ready.
