25 g Dried prawns (small chemmeen)1/2 of Coconut (grated)5 nos Shallots (Kunjulli)1/4 cup Raw mango (grated)2 tsp Chilly powderCurry leaves (Few)Salt (As reqd)1 tsp Mustard seedsCoconut Oil (As reqd) Heat a pan and put the prawns. Roast the prawns till the raw smell disappears . Take the pan from heat and extract the prawn beans.Crush the prawn in a mixer.Add coconut and mango and grind into a coarse form(not to a fine paste).Add chilly powder and salt. Chilly powder should be roasted in pan before use.Add shallots, crushed curry leaves and grind(please note that final product shouldn`t be in fine paste form).Splutter mustard seeds and mix it with the chammandhi. NB:- Chammandis wil be tasty if we are using conventional AMMI instead of grinder. Kerala
